Product Description:
The CT24 series from Janitza features low-power (333 mV) split-core current transformers designed for easy installation. These transformers come in three primary current ratings: 50 A, 75 A, and 100 A, with cable length options of either 25 cm or 2 meters. Thanks to their plug-in connectors (instead of traditional screw terminals), the CT24 transformers offer quick and simple connection to the Janitza Module 800-CT24—a 24-channel current measurement module that supports up to four modules on the UMG801 system.
Split-Core Design
The CT24 transformers are of the split-core type, allowing them to be installed around existing conductors without interrupting power, making installation faster and less disruptive. This design is also ideal for retrofit applications. The 50 A and 75 A models accommodate conductors up to 10 mm in diameter, while the 100 A version supports conductors up to 12.5 mm in diameter.
